RETURN POLICY

6. Exchanges

The Buyer may request an exchange of all or part of the Products of the order as long as he/she sends an email to STUDIO 14’s Customer Service within the same day of the delivery. Past this delay, STUDIO 14 will not be able to accept any exchange. STUDIO 14’s Customer Service will then send the Buyer a Return Authorization by email the next day.

The parcel, along with the Return Authorization must be returned within the same day of the reception of the Return Authorization to the address provided by STUDIO 14’s Customer Service by contacting the Carrier ARAMEX at 05.22.27.14.14 to come pick up the parcel.

Any claims made after this period will be rejected and STUDIO 14 will be relieved of all responsibility. If the above conditions are met, STUDIO 14 will then exchange the Buyer for the Product(s), within ten (10) days from the date of reception of the parcel by STUDIO 14. This exchange may consist of either i) an exchange of size, subject to availability of Products on the date of the Buyer's request, ii) an exchange of color or model, subject to availability of Products on the date of the Buyer's request, or iii) issuing a credit note that must be used within 3 months of purchase, excluding sales periods and before the start of the next season.

Product(s) must be returned in their packaging and packing of origin to the address provided by STUDIO 14’s Customer Service. Products must be returned in new condition and suitable for resale:

•    the Products have not been used, worn, washed, ironed, soiled, modified or damaged;

And the security and identification Tag is still attached to the Products.

The products are returned in their original packaging. Products must be accompanied by all their accessories and by the Return Authorization Number provided by STUDIO 14.

The costs and risks associated with returning a product(s) are the responsibility of the Buyer. If the product is lost by the carrier during the shipment, the Buyer shall be solely responsible and will not be reimbursed by STUDIO 14.

If products are returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or otherwise unfit for resale, STUDIO 14 may refuse to exchange the products returned.

Any parcel returned to the address provided by STUDIO 14’s Customer Service, which will not contain elements allowing to identify the Buyer, particularly the Return Authorization Number, can never be accepted. No claim by the Buyer shall be accepted.

If the above conditions are met, STUDIO 14 will proceed to the exchange or to issue a credit note, ten (10) days from the date of reception of the parcel by STUDIO 14.

The costs and risks associated with the return of the products are the responsibility of STUDIO 14.

  

PRODUCTS ON SALE MAY NOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

PERFUMES AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

BATHING SUIT AND UNDERWEAR MAY NOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.


After receiving the request for exchange and the Products to be exchanged, delays in shipment of replacement Products are identical to a conventional shipping on orders (see section 5).

All store credits issued must be used within 3 months of purchase, excluding sales periods and before the start of the next season.
